Every Friday we have an elementary and a secondary chapel at HIS. Today I spoke at the elem. one, and Brad Brown, one of our WGM Volunteers (see www.wgm.org and look up Volunteers in Action/VIA) shared in the secondary chapel. Although we knew we each were speaking, we didn't really discuss our topics. But Jesus has big plans for both chapels. He included us in helping clearly explain the plan of salvation, and there are now 3 more children added to God's Kingdom! Awesome! I had the privilege of praying with each of the 3 girls (2 in grade 6 and one in grade 10), and all three were very sincere as they prayed for forgiveness and salvation. During the secondary chapel, Brad asked for people to stay behind if they wanted to talk about salvation. We had 8 stay behind! They did discuss some things at that time, and immediately I was able to talk with one of the 8. For the remaining 7, Brad and I want to follow up with them within the next week. Will you pray for us as we seek to minister to these new Christians and also as we seek to discover where the other 7 stand? Thanks!
I've included 2 photos above. One is of me speaking this a.m., the other is of the elementary kids listening.

The War Room

For over 3 years 614 Vancouver has been carrying out a 24-7 prayer vigil in the DTES of Vancouver. One of the keys to the room is a book in which the intercessors write down what Yahweh is saying to them and through them.
The book is now this blog, both to save paper, and to let others who have been through our community or who are wanting to join us in prayer know what the LORD is saying to us as we listen for His direction. Grace
